Blake is a hard working, genuine, and loyal builder. He is going to be the guy you see on jobsites 6-7 days a week making sure L&F is exceeding the clients expectations. Building custom homes is a true passion for Blake and he truly enjoys working with clients from the plan/design stage, with the architect/designer and client, through the day the clients are moving in. Being that he has been around construction most of his life he has a keen eye for the details!

Blake has worked in the construction industry going on 10+ years. He has wore many hats including laborer, estimator, planner, scheduler, coordinator, and project manager which helped him create the vision to partner with Trent Fresina and start L&F Builders.
